Where can we support you?
Our core regions are the Hunter, Central Coast and Sydney. These areas are where Diamond IT has employees permanently available. Most of our customers have a head office in these areas including Sydney, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Port Stephens, Cessnock, the Hunter Valley and the NSW Central Coast.
However, we support customers with sites outside of our core areas all over Australia on a daily basis. This includes major cities such as Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane as well as regional areas. Regardless of where a customer is we can support them using remote technologies which saves time and reduces cost. When an onsite visit is required outside of our core areas we will attend site directly or via our trusted partner network.
