The licences being free is the easy part. What makes the difference is having our team guide your people through it, which is why this runs as a straightforward fixed-price engagement. How the 30 days work

The program runs across three stages, with roughly five hours of facilitated contact in total, five live sessions and three email touchpoints along the way.

• Prepare: About three hours of guided set-up covering a welcome and getting started session, a stakeholder briefing on security, AI risk and governance, and online Copilot training for your team. You finish this stage ready, secure and trained.
• Adopt: Your trial licences go live, supported by adoption emails, a prompt and use-case library, and a team progress and coaching session. This is where habits form and where we find out what Copilot is genuinely good for in your business.
• Decide: A stakeholder review, your team survey and pilot results, and a recommendation on where to go next. There is a decision point at day twenty-three on whether to continue, so nothing rolls over by accident.

What you walk away with

Throughout the program we provide a program overview, a ready-to-send launch email for your team, training and workbook, a role-based prompt and use-case library, three adoption emails, a feedback survey, a results snapshot showing what Copilot delivered in your own data, and a recommendation with next steps.

What we need from you

A sponsor and a small pilot group, attendance at the stakeholder and review sessions, a commitment from staff to give feedback, and a decision by day twenty-three on whether to continue. Your organisation will also need Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard or Business Premium to take part.
