Here’s how it works...

 

  • DTokens are purchased in batches at discounted rates based on your estimated usage duration.
    • An initial discount rate applies for the estimated duration range of 3 to less than 6 months; with a greater discount rate for 6 to less than 12 months, and the highest rate discount for 12 months or more, ensuring significant savings for extended commitments.
  • Available DTokens will be applied to monthly invoices for eligible services.
    • It’s important to note that the system is not strictly time based. The estimated duration is used to calculate your discount level, but the actual depletion timeframe may vary if your usage rate changes.
  • Each DToken will hold a face value of $1, which can be applied towards monthly fees for eligible Managed Services or Cloud solutions.
  • Each month you’ll receive a statement designed to
    • Help you accurately track and record the prepaid DTokens in your financial accounts.
    • Detail your increases, decreases & balance for DTokens amounts and book value.
    • Project an estimated DToken depletion month based on your latest usage patterns.
  • As the depletion of each DTokens batch nears, you will receive a notification reminding you to replenish your balance.

Please note – the estimated duration is used to calculate your discount level, but the actual depletion timeframe will vary if your usage rate changes. It is possible to add some contingency to allow for your growth and price increases.

It’s important to note that DTokens is a prepayment system and therefore:

  • Prior to being applied to your account, and being eligible for the associated discount, the DTokens invoice must be paid in full.
  • If a batch is depleted prior to payment, in a particular month, the remaining DTokens will be partially applied to that month’s services. The billing of the remaining services will resume at full price until another batch of DTokens has been applied.
  • DTokens are not refundable and any remaining DTokens will expire 24 months after initial purchase.
