Small Business - Typically 10-24 staff
Small businesses typically have no internal IT staff, so as a managed service provider we tend to assume full responsibility for the customers ICT environment. We can also work with an internal staff member who has a partial role relating to technology. Typically we manage their IT, phone systems, and mobiles.
Mid Market - Typically 25-199 staff
Within mid-sized organisations we’ll often work with an IT Manager or Financial Controller, whom have a good understanding of IT to assist in fill any ‘gaps’ within their teams. This can be in the form of providing any additional services or technologies such as mobile fleet plans or server network services that they may need. We also provide a wide range of Technology Consulting.
Large Business, Enterprise and Government
Enterprise and government organisations commonly have an internal IT team or leader with an excellent understanding of ICT technologies. Within these organisations we metaphorically turn the taps on and off to provide specific products or services when they need them. We understand that often this may be only a one off requirement. Generally these organisations select the following services one off ITT projects, mobile fleet management, phone systems and IT labour hire.
